This heavily stitched owl pocket pal is made by your hands out of soft white wool felt

ochre (fustic) organic cotton

These precious trimmings are from wool felt that was dyed in my home dye studio with plants and flowers from my dye garden

I cover up stains and holes with patchwork

the spread is as big as a single page in the extra-large journal

plant-dyed botanical tape measure design:tape measure #2 This heavily stitched owl pocket*small batch: there is a very limited quantity of each design.* The wool felt tape measure is entirely hand stitched out of plant dyed organic wool felt (dyed by me in my home dye studio) and is embroidered with botanical design. The back side is decorated with a small coordinating design that indicates the location of the retract button. All stitchwork is done with cotton thread, mohair silk yarn, and tussah silk. Tape measures are about a 3 circle.
