18th century oil jug desk & dining chairs Should re-upholstery be required theLarge size clay oil jug which we sourced from an amazing Abbey in eastern France (see the last photo). The surface of the jug is pitted with black spots, possibly as a result of where it has been stored, or even how it was used. This beautiful jug is in very well preserved condition and has one side handle and spout. The other handle appears to have been broken off quite some time ago. A highly decorative display item.
