Eyrie, Pinot Noir Sisters Vineyard Dundee Hills, 2022 25OFF2024BFCM The oak aging adds layersSisters Vineyard is a four acre experimental farm planted in the late 1980s with Pommard and Wadenswill Pinot Noir clones, named after the three Pinot sisters: noir, blanc, and gris. This 2022 release, matured in used oak, shows a pale garnet color with aromas of dried cherries, shiitake mushrooms, underbrush and spice. The medium bodied palate is elegantly styled with earth laced flavors of boysenberries and black tea, hints of coriander, sage and
