The hit rate isn't good enough and you can just come up against a deck with painfully few good targets

(The Pokemon Center Store DX in Osaka is just above JR Osaka Station (it is on the 13th floor.) The Pokmon Store DX in Shibuya does not require a reservation but it is the most crowded

I think that will happen easily, and this is a solid buy for me at $4
