It can be a card neutral chump for slower decks or a free beater with some utility for aggro decks

It does enter tapped so it doesnt immediately refund itself but thats fine

Lunar Insight Rating : 6/10 Lunar Insight is a neat build around that plays best with token generators and removal spells that leave a permanent in play like Witness Protection and Banishing Light
