Whether you play one, two, or three boils down to how pure of a deck you choose to build, but here should always start at 3 and work down, instead of 1 and working up
When going to upgrade the deck, be sure to assess the cards that fail to support the core theme as they are what makes this deck clunkier to play and reduces the power level
After extensive research by CGC, including conducting an infrared test, UV test, and X-ray fluorescence (XRF) spectrometer test, all of the chemical elements, most notably calcium, titanium, iron, copper and zinc, all correspond with a normal 1999 Base Set card
When playing against that deck, the idea is to reduce the players hand size as quickly as possible while building a board full of high-cost characters
While this card doesn't really make use of this ability, it would have been illogical to put any other card above it
