Whenever a player casts a spell with mana value equal to the number of charge counters on Chalice of the Void, counter that spell

The problem was that we do this effect all the timein mono-black as what we call a "drain effect." Was it okay that red and white came together to make something we normally do in mono-black

That means that you'll gain tons of loyalty with commonly played Blue cards like Brainstorm, Opt and so on, but not cards like Fact or Fiction that put cards from your library to your hand without drawing them
