Both sides of Tergrid are useful depending on your situation with the Lantern side in particular being capable of ending the game if you happen to have access to infinite mana
A good rule of thumb is to include about 1-2 MTG tutor cards for every 10-15 cards in your deck
She doesnt tap for mana or find lands, she just makes all your big creatures (power 4 or greater) cost 2 generic mana or less to cast
