Even the main set has a ton of cards that feel best suited for Commander

It does have a decent setup of low-cost creatures, and Nalia's ability means you can look at and play off the top, but it can't really leverage these things because it has little ability to manipulate the top of your library, nor much ramp

Some cards have an extra swirl around their cost which indicates they can be played face-down into the inkwell area to use as ink for the rest of the game

Its just a shame that this Commander has no way to freely transform back and forth between her two sides
