Couple this with the ablity to move all damage and potentially send a character to the discard pile, and it's easy to see why it's so valuable

You have to find some other way to tap it, such as paying a waterbend cost or attacking

Any reanimation spell that puts a creature directly into play from your graveyard is always going to be a hot commodity on the secondary market (just look at one of the most valuable uncommons from Visions for proof)
