I try not to use too many tutors in EDH because I like to keep my games varied and changing, but sometimes you just need a way to find the right card before its too late

You look for mill-related cards like Mesmeric Orb or Mindcrank which can affect everyone instead of target opponent mill X cards. You may need very specific combos like Fleet Swallower with Bruvac the Grandiloquent, which mills all of a certain players cards

As of right now, Mismagius EX doesnt look like a good fit for this otherwise one-note deck
