These fabulous Greenfinches are made from fabric that was due to go to landfill

Some pieces are from swatch books and some are off cuts and quite a decent size

As seen in Top Sant These pencil cases are made from velvet upholstery fabric that was due for landfill. They are made from the off cuts left over from bespoke sofas and swatch books you would pick your fabric from. Once the component parts are cut for the sofa the bits that are not big enough to make anything else from are deemed rubbish and thrown away. As this fabric is upholstery grade it means it's durable and hard wearing so
